Security researcher Xiaomi was using Redmi Note 8 and claims that the Mi Browser app was recording web browsing history in up to incognito mode.  Apart from this, with the help of the news feed feature of the device, Xiaomi also tracked all the news that the users were watching.  According to a Forbes report, the researcher has claimed to keep a record of all kinds of activity on the device and track it on Xiaomi.
