Vivo is bringing 'slider' camera phone.

Vivo has launched smartphones with many new designs.  The trend of pop-up camera and indisplay fingerprint sensor was also started by Vivo.

Vivo is known for new designs and innovations in its smartphones.  From indisplay fingerprint sensor to pop-up camera, Vivo has given many new trends to the smartphone market.  Now Vivo has patented a new smartphone design.  This patent shows that Vivo is now preparing to bring a smartphone with slider camera.  This will be the company's first smartphone with a slider camera module.  A user posted a sketch of this smartphone of Vivo on Twitter.

 Vivo is not the first smartphone brand to use the slider camera module.  Earlier, slider cameras have been seen in Oppo Find X, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Honor Magic 2 3D, and Lenovo Z5 Pro.

Xiaomi is bringing a twisting camera phone

 Xiaomi has patented a new smartphone camera design at the Chinese Patent Office in China, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).  Under this, the company will use the twisted camera module in its phone.  Xiaomi will use a single rotatable main camera module which will also work as a selfie camera.  The rotatable camera has also been seen in some smartphones before.  For example, such a camera has been used in Asus Zenfone 6.  Asus's phone only has a camera rotate.  While the new design of Xiaomi rotates some part of the display along with the camera.

Vivo beat Samsung

 Vivo has recently overtaken Samsung in the Indian market for the first time.  Vivo has become India's second largest smartphone brand in the first quarter of 2020.  Between January and March 2020, Vivo shipments have increased by almost 50 percent and for the first time in the Indian smartphone market, Vivo has surpassed Samsung.
